Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Therapist:
This job involves massaging the customer's body to relax the body and mind.
Body care: We massage the muscles and pressure points of the entire body to directly care for tired areas.
Foot care: Using gel to relieve reflex points on the soles of the feet and treatment of the shins and calves.
Body Clean Therapist (Acupressure Scrub):
This treatment is performed in a room directly connected to the bath.
This treatment removes dirt and dead skin cells from the pores of the entire body to improve skin beauty and stimulate blood circulation with pleasant friction,
The pleasant friction stimulates blood circulation and leads to a healthy body.
Esthetics:
This treatment is performed in a room inside the building (outside the bath).
Aroma treatment oil is used to carefully relax the whole body, leading to ultimate relaxation.
Facial esthetics are also available.

Salary is based on full commission.
Hourly rates range from 1,890 yen to 4,290 yen. Specific examples of compensation are as follows
In the case of a therapist/assignment for one year
Body care therapist monthly remuneration example: ¥217,350 (¥31.5/minute x 300 minutes x 23 days)
Example of monthly remuneration for an Akasuri Therapist: 336,375 yen (58.5 yen/minute x 250 minutes x 23 days)
There is a separate late-night allowance for working hours between 24:00 and 05:00.
The unit price of remuneration varies depending on the treatment and rank.

*There is a 100,000 yen bonus for passing the training.
