Route bus driver (Shibuya/Setagaya area)
Shuttle bus driver (Shizuoka, Gotemba Premium Outlets)
In addition to the need to operate the buses safely and on time along the designated routes, it is also important for the bus drivers to have good manners as they are in the customer service industry. As a customer service representative, it is also important for the crew members to have good manners.
We will provide training for you in accordance with your needs during the post-employment training period (1 to 2 months). If you do not have a large class 2 license, you can acquire it after joining the company as a trainee driver (contract employee). The company will pay for the cost of acquiring a large class 2 license, and after 3 years of continuous service, the company will be exempted from the obligation to repay the amount.
