Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
This is a call center looking for staff for tourist facilities related to games. You will answer calls in English, and let them know about tickets and facilities so that customers coming from all over the world can enjoy the games with ease.
- We are seeking those who can answer English-speaking customer's questions politely and professionally.
- Teach them how to purchase and handle admission tickets.
- Provide information on where the facility is located and how to get there.
- Provide information about the facilities in the museum.
- You will need to keep a log in Japanese, so you will need to type in Japanese.

・1800 yen per hour
Transportation expenses paid, pay raise available.
▼Contract Period
・First renewal: From the date of hire to the end of the following month
・Subsequent renewals: Contracts are renewed in two to three month cycles *Renewal in principle

■Working days
Five days a week from Monday and Wednesday to Sunday (closed on Tuesdays)
*Open on national holidays
*Fixed shifts on weekdays
■Working hours
10:00-19:00 (8 hours per shift)
*There is a morning meeting 10 minutes before work (hourly wage)
