Seafood sales staff
- Sells seafood products and provides customer service.
- They are required to introduce products to customers and answer questions.
- Responsible for the cash register and paying the bill.
- Will be responsible for displaying merchandise and taking inventory.
- Keeps the store clean and provides a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
▼Salary
Monthly salary is 190,000 yen to 200,000 yen as base salary. When overtime is included, the salary is 245,250 yen (base salary + 50 hours of monthly overtime). Overtime allowance is available, and there is no deemed overtime work, which is paid in increments of one minute. Bonuses are paid twice a year (June and December) and raises are given once a year (May). Commuting allowances are provided in full for public transportation, and there are stipulations for driving to work. Late night allowance is included and social insurance is provided. Estimated annual salary is 3.36 million yen including bonuses, and estimated monthly take-home pay is approximately 170,000 yen. When renting company housing, half of the rent is paid by the company.
