The hourly wage is 1,350 yen. Overtime pay, after working 8 hours, will be 1,688 yen per hour. As an example of monthly salary, working at the regular hourly rate of 1,350 yen × 8 hours × 21 days = 226,880 yen, with transportation expenses paid up to a maximum of 30,000 yen.
