▼Job Responsibilities
Line Operator – Manufacturing Factory (No Experience Required)
This position is at a factory that produces polyurethane foam used in car and train seats. No special skills or prior experience are necessary, so beginners can start with confidence.
Job Responsibilities:
・Prepare materials and equipment for production
・Process raw materials, finish products, and perform inspections
・Prepare and manage finished products for shipment
・Work on assembly lines for car seat assembly and inspection
・Cut excess polyurethane foam from car seats
▼Salary
¥1,240 per hour
Overtime (over 8 hours per day) or night shifts (10:00 PM – 5:00 AM) paid at ¥1,550 per hour
Transportation allowance provided according to company policy, up to ¥30,000 per month
▼Contract Period
Employment Term: Long-term (2 months or more) with the possibility of extension.
Contract renewal will be determined based on the employee’s work performance, attitude, task progress, and the company’s business situation. There are no uniform limits on the number of renewals or total contract duration.

【Working Hours】 (1) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (8 hours actual work) (2) 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours actual work) (3) 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM (8 hours 30 minutes actual work) *Working hours are selectable.

Approximately 17 hours of overtime work per month.
