▼Job Responsibilities
【Line Operator】

This job is at a factory that manufactures polyurethane foam. No special skills or experience are required, and you can start with no experience. You will begin working as a temporary employee, with the possibility of becoming a full-time employee in the future.

* Prepare for production.
* Process raw materials, finish products, and perform inspections.
* Prepare and manage finished products for shipment.
* Compile and record production results.
* Plan and manage raw materials.

A solid support system is in place, so even those with no experience can work with confidence. This is an ideal environment for those who want to improve their skills and aim for career advancement while working.

▼Salary
The hourly wage is ¥1,300. Work exceeding 8 actual working hours and work between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM will be paid at ¥1,625 per hour. Transportation expenses are provided in accordance with company regulations, with a monthly maximum of ¥30,000. After switching to direct employment, the monthly salary ranges from ¥200,000 to ¥300,000, with transportation expenses provided (up to ¥20,000 per month), two bonuses per year, salary increases, a housing allowance, a family allowance, and a position allowance.

▼Contract Period
After starting immediately, you will work as a temporary employee for up to a maximum of 6 months, after which you may transition to direct employment upon mutual agreement. After switching to direct employment, there will be no fixed contract period.

(1) 8:30–17:30 (Actual working hours: 8 hours)
(2) 7:00–15:30 (Actual working hours: 7.5 hours)
(3) 15:30–00:00 (Actual working hours: 7.5 hours)

▼Overtime Details
Approximately 17 hours of overtime work per month.

▼Holiday
In addition to weekends off with a complete two-day weekend system, there are New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer vacation (approximately 9 days each).

▼Training
Probationary period: Yes. Employment conditions during the probationary period are the same as regular conditions.

The workplace is located in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. The nearest station is Tsurugashima Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, a 10-minute drive away. Commuting by car, motorcycle, bicycle, or public transportation is possible, and parking is available.
