[Automotive Parts Processing Preparation and Inspection Staff]
This job involves machining and inspecting automotive parts. The work consists mainly of simple tasks that even beginners can start with confidence.
- Hang the palm-sized part on a special hanger.
- We paint parts using an automatic painting machine.
- We visually inspect the finished parts to ensure there are no defects.
This is the perfect fit for those who can focus and work steadily, and it’s an environment where even those with no prior experience can easily get started.

Hourly wage: 1,400 yen
- A 25% premium is paid for shifts of 8 or more actual working hours or for work during late-night hours.
Monthly Income Examples:
① No overtime: Example monthly salary: 215,040 yen (20 workdays per month, 3-shift rotation)
② For 15 hours of overtime: Example monthly salary: 241,290 yen (20 workdays per month, 3-shift schedule)
Commuting Expenses: Reimbursed within the established limits (10 yen per km, up to 14,000 yen)
