Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
【Manufacturing Department Staff】
You will be responsible for manufacturing products in the production department of a chemical plant. Your duties will cover a wide range of tasks, from receiving raw materials to preparing finished products for shipment.
You will start with simple tasks, such as dividing products into smaller portions.
【Main Duties】
- Operate plant machinery and check that it is running safely.
- Read the values displayed on the machines and record them.
- Load raw materials into the machines and pack finished products into containers.
- Once you become familiar with the work, you are also welcome to suggest ideas for improving the manufacturing process!

Monthly Salary : ¥205,000–¥265,000
Various Allowances: Overtime allowance, Position allowance, Holiday work allowance, Shift allowance (per night shift)
Bonuses: Twice a year, totaling 4 months' salary
(※Subject to change depending on company performance and individual evaluation)
Example Salaries:
3rd year: Approx. ¥260,000/month (Base salary ¥220,000 + ¥40,000 overtime)
4th year: Approx. ¥4.2 million/year (Base salary ¥230,000 + overtime + 2 bonuses)
9th year: Approx. ¥5.2 million/year (Base salary ¥270,000 + overtime + 2 bonuses)

【Working Hours】
8:00～17:00 (Shift work)
Night shifts are required for approximately 1 week per month
【Break Time】
1 hour break

10 days after 6 months of employment
Up to 20 days per year
