▼Job Responsibilities
[Nursing Assistant]
Assist in nursing.
- Assist patients by supporting their bodies and walking with them.
- Assist with meals and bath time.
▼Salary
For full-time employees: Monthly salary of 195,000 yen + 7,000 yen for night shifts, bonus of 3.5 months (basic salary of 128,000 yen x 3)
Salary increase: 4,000 yen once a year (last year's results)
Average monthly salary: 230,000 yen
Model annual salary: 3.1 million yen (first year)
Part-time hourly wage: 1,050 yen + transportation expenses
Temporary hourly wage: 1,200 yen + 600 yen + transportation expenses
