□ Inexperienced welcome, acceptable if there's a gap in employment, no qualifications required, no age limit, new graduates welcome, individuals in their 40s to 60s are also actively contributing, househusbands/housewives are also OK. As welcome requirements, if you have initial training, Helper level 2, practical training, Helper level 1, certified care worker, or a driver's license, it is even better. Moreover, we are looking for someone who can assist with bathing. Those who can drive a Hiace class commuter vehicle will be given preferential treatment, and a separate driving allowance will be provided.

【Life Support Worker】
The job of a life support worker is to support the daytime activities of people with disabilities so they can enjoy their day to the fullest.
- Support includes participating together in recreation, walks, outings, and spending fulfilling time.
- You will also engage in productive activities together, such as creating works with resin art and iron beads, and gardening.
- You will assist in the daily lives of the users, helping to bring smiles to their faces.
This job is something you can confidently challenge even if you have no previous experience. It provides an environment where you can work in cooperation with senior staff while receiving thorough training within the facility. If you are a cheerful and energetic person, you will surely enjoy this job!

Monthly salary: 222,400 yen - 269,000 yen
Basic salary: 180,000 yen
Additional allowance: 40,000 yen
Fixed overtime pay: 2,400 yen (for 1.5 hours)
Excess amount will be paid separately.
Qualification allowance: ~42,000 yen
Allowance for driving to and from work: ~3,000 yen
Commuting allowance: ~30,000 yen
Salary increase: Once a year (based on ability and performance)
Bonus: Twice a year for a total of 2 months (none during the first year of employment)
