【Construction Management Staff】
The job of construction management is an important role that coordinates all the arrangements when constructing buildings or facilities. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Manage the progress of construction and adjust the schedule.
- Decide which company to assign which work to and issue instructions.
- Check the vehicles transporting materials.
- Manage design drawings and documents, and perform auxiliary modifications to the drawings as necessary.
- Check the work procedures and materials, and support to ensure that the work progresses correctly.
- Adjust the schedule for project-related meetings and record important information.

Monthly salary starts at a base salary of 205,000 yen. Bonuses are paid twice a year, and last year's actual bonus was 4 months per year. Overtime is also available, with an average of 22.7 hours of overtime per month.

We have two full days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), and we are also closed on national vacations. In addition, Golden Week, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations, paid vacations, congratulation or condolence leave, nursing care leave, wedding leave (5 days), special leave at the time of joining the company (up to 3 days), and disaster leave are available. Annual holidays are 122 days. In addition, maternity and childcare leave has been taken by both men and women who have returned to work.
