Construction Management Staff
Construction management work involves coordinating all the arrangements for the construction of buildings and facilities, specifically the following work
Manage the progress of construction and adjust the schedule.
・Decide which companies are to be asked to do which jobs and give instructions.
・Checks the vehicles that will be transporting materials.
∙ Maintains blueprints and documents, and makes auxiliary revisions to drawings as necessary.
∙ Assists in checking work procedures and materials to ensure that the correct process is followed.
Schedules meetings and records important information related to the project.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: Base salary starts at 205,000 yen.
Bonuses are paid twice a year; last year's actual bonus was 4 months per year.

We have two full days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), and we are also closed on national vacations. Annual holidays are 122 days. In addition, maternity and childcare leave has been taken by both men and women who have returned to work.
