"Highway Traffic Guide Personnel"
This job is very important to protect the flow of traffic on highways. Let's work together to ensure safety on all highways.
- You will set up and remove cones and signs on the highway.
- Provide guidance to smooth the flow of cars during construction and maintenance.
- In case of emergencies, respond quickly to ensure safety.
Through this job, you can contribute to society and feel a great sense of fulfillment. You will also get the opportunity to handle special vehicles, allowing you valuable experiences. No experience is necessary, so we welcome everyone to try their hand at this job.
▼Salary
The daily pay ranges from 8,000 yen to 16,000 yen. There are qualification allowances and driving skills allowances, and there is also the possibility of a pay increase by acquiring qualifications. During the trial training period, the hourly wage starts from 1,000 yen. The salary is paid in cash on the 13th of every month.

Shift system (8-hour shifts with early morning, day, and night shifts, for example, the basic hours are 8:30 to 17:30. Variation exists depending on the site.)

Although there is variability depending on the status of the ordered construction work, the basic policy is working on weekdays with weekends and national holidays off.
