Manager Candidate
We are looking for staff to manage stores at our Chinese specialty restaurant "Osaka Ohsho". You can start with no experience and aim for a career as a store manager or area manager in the future. You will be responsible for the following tasks in order for our customers to enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine.
- Welcome and serve customers in the restaurant.
- You will also be in charge of cooking and serving delicious food.
- After being promoted to manager, you will be responsible for managing sales, expenses, and other numerical data necessary for store operations.
- We will support the smooth operation of the restaurant as a team by managing staff shifts and providing guidance.
- We will plan, propose, and implement sales promotion campaigns to ensure that our products and services are available to as many customers as possible.

▼Salary
Monthly salary ranges from 269,500 yen to 350,000 yen. (For a monthly salary of 269,500 yen, base salary of 203,000 yen includes fixed overtime of 66,500 yen.) Fixed overtime is included for 45 hours. Any overtime in excess will be paid separately. Assumed annual salary is between 3,250,000 yen and 4,200,000 yen, with annual salary increases (in March each year). There is no bonus, but after promotion to manager, a manager allowance of 35,000 yen will be paid.
