▼Job Responsibilities
【Hall Staff】
Serving delicious ramen to customers in a ramen restaurant.
- Guide customers to their seats and take their orders promptly.
- Serve food and clear dishes.
- Welcome customers with a smile and make them feel comfortable.
【Kitchen Staff】
Responsible for cooking in the kitchen of a ramen restaurant and preparing delicious food.
- Make ramen soup and boil noodles.
- Cut fresh ingredients and serve them.
- Keep the kitchen clean and prepare food safely.
▼Salary
Monthly salary: Starts at 80,000 yen, with the first raise after three months of training.
After approximately six months, promotion to assistant manager comes with various allowances and a monthly salary of 350,000 yen.
After approximately one year, the manager will be promoted to store manager with various additional benefits and a monthly salary of 400,000 yen plus 5% of operating profit as an incentive.
The deemed overtime allowance is 60,700 yen, which includes 45 hours of overtime work.
Bonuses are paid twice a year (August and December), subject to conditions.
