Store Management (Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager Experience)
As a store manager candidate, you will be entrusted with store operation and management duties such as sales management, staff attendance management, and food inventory checks for the stores you are in charge of!
(2) Kitchen
We will entrust you with kitchen duties such as assisting in cooking, simple serving, cleaning up, and washing dishes!
We will teach you how to cook ramen so that you will be able to cook ramen without worry!
③Hall
We will take care of the hall staff duties such as showing customers around, customer service, cash register, carrying dishes, pouring water, and so on!
If you can say "Irasshaimase" in a cheerful manner, that's all that is required!

⚪︎ Experienced person Monthly salary: 300,000 yen - 328,000 yen
Example of annual salary 4,200,000 yen - 4,700,000 yen
⚪︎ Inexperienced person Monthly salary 250,000 yen - 270,000 yen

* The above salary includes various allowances and is determined based on experience and overtime hours.

OM (Operations Meister) System: A system aimed at improving operational skills (speed and accuracy).
GBY (Globe Beat University): An educational program in which participants take monthly courses on food hygiene, business management, and other topics.
*Both the "OM System" and "GBY" have examinations, and upon passing the examinations, employees are ranked higher and receive a salary increase! Salary increases are available up to 9 times a year, with a maximum annual raise of 80,000 yen (monthly salary).
