▼Job Responsibilities
No experience necessary! We have a full support system where you can learn from scratch! As a store manager candidate, you will be entrusted with floor work first.

We are looking for a manager candidate to join our team at Sushiro.
We welcome you as a Store Manager Candidate at Sushiro, a revolving sushi restaurant.
You will start with basic store operations.
First, as a store staff member, you will learn the basics of serving customers, working in the hall, and cooking.
We provide training for each position, such as how to hold sushi, cash register, and customer service, so you can learn one by one!

Let's increase the number of duties you can perform one by one.
The basics of creating a restaurant are considered "people, things, money, and risks" Specifically, you can learn shift management, sales management, hygiene management, etc. one by one.

▼Salary
Base salary: 250,000 yen and various allowances

Example of monthly income with no experience (in the case of working in a limited block)
【Approximately 330,000 yen】
(base salary: 250,000 yen + regional allowance of 20,000 yen + overtime allowance of 57,000 yen + other allowances)

Regional allowances vary depending on the store to which the employee is assigned.
Dormitory for single employees (rented company housing with furniture and appliances): rent is 20,000 yen per month at your expense.
Salary will be raised at any time according to your effort!

Average annual salary of all employees is 5,377,000 yen
Average annual salary of store managers is 6,217,000 yen

Bonus Twice a year (June and December)
We evaluate the efforts of each and every employee!
In addition to salary, bonuses are paid according to hard work!

100% overtime pay (paid as a position allowance after becoming a manager)
