Store Management Position
This is a store management position at Doutor Coffee Shop or Excelsior Cafe.
As a store manager candidate, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations.
Store operations (customer service, cooking, cleaning, etc.)
Management (sales, profit, purchasing, labor cost)
Management (hiring and staff training)
There is no sales quota. Let's work together with our staff to create a beloved café by thinking about "how to make our customers happy" and not just focusing on sales figures.

You will also learn management skills by creating a workplace that makes staff think "I enjoy my job" and "I love this restaurant. We welcome new graduates and those who have no experience in the restaurant industry!

Monthly salary : 223,000 yen～
Estimated annual income : 3,456,000 yen～
* Including deemed overtime (approx. 18.8 hours / equivalent to 28,000 yen).
* Mid-career candidates will be given preferential treatment and determined according to our company's regulations, taking into consideration their past experience and abilities.
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December / average 4 months)

The manager will make shifts for both employees and part-timers every two weeks.
Employees are expected to work the scheduled working hours per month, not the fixed working hours. Because it is not a fixed shift, employee shifts are determined based on the store's hours, days of the week, and crowds at different times of the day, as well as the store's part-timers' shift schedules.
