▼Job Responsibilities
Work at a "Uobei" sushi restaurant / responsible for store operations, including customer service, cooking, and sales management.
You will start with tasks that match your experience and skills.
- Food preparation and cooking
- Customer service, cashier work, and guiding customers
- General store operations (sales, staff, ingredients, and equipment management)
- Hygiene and cleanliness control
- Staff training and support
- Ingredients preparation
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 or more + allowances + bonus twice a year
◎ Area Course (No relocation)
- Monthly salary: ¥230,000 – ¥278,000
- Estimated annual income: ¥3,500,000 – ¥4,000,000
◎ Career Course (Relocation required)
- Monthly salary: ¥260,000 – ¥319,000
- Estimated annual income: ¥3,900,000 – ¥4,500,000
* Salary Increase: Once per year (April)
* Bonus: Twice per year (June & November)

- Overtime pay (paid per minute)

Training Period: Approximately 3 months

After assignment to a restaurant, we will carefully teach you the actual duties over a period of approximately 3 months.
