▼Job Responsibilities
[Wooden Frame Assembly]
In this position, you will assemble wooden frames for packing export products.
- Assembly of wooden frames will be carried out according to the instruction manual.
- Using tools, you will cut timber and create frames of an appropriate size.
[Packaging Work]
In this role, you will package products and parts to safely protect them during transportation.
- You will pack products and parts into wooden frames, being careful not to damage them.
[Forklift Operations]
You will be responsible for using a forklift to move heavy timber and products in and out.
- You will carry out the receipt of timber and the loading and unloading of products into trucks with a forklift.

Monthly salary starts at 223,200 yen, with an estimated annual income starting at 2,678,400 yen. After conversion to a full-time position, there will be an annual salary increase, bonuses 2-3 times a year, and overtime allowances. Overtime hours are assumed to be 10 hours per month, in which case the overtime allowance is 18,130 yen. Transportation expenses are paid in accordance with regulations, and are not paid if the distance is less than 2 km. Full-time employees are eligible for allowances and retirement benefits.
