▼Job Responsibilities
[Shuttle Bus Driver]
You will be in charge of driving a shuttle bus that transports employees of major automobile manufacturers and related companies during commuting hours.
- You will drive safely during morning and evening commuting hours.
- You will deliver our customers to their destinations on time using efficient routes that take traffic congestion into account.
[Route & Community Bus Driver]
This is a public transportation service for the citizens of Toyota City and the surrounding areas.
- You will safely operate along fixed routes and safely transport our customers to their destinations.
- You will support the elderly and children in boarding and alighting, contributing as a part of the region's transportation infrastructure.

▼Salary
- Monthly salary of 280,000 yen or more (including various allowances) with an average monthly salary of 340,000 yen.
- First year's annual income ranges from 3.2 million yen to 4 million yen, with an average annual salary of 5.2 million yen after becoming a full-time employee.
- As examples of annual salaries, 4.5 million yen (2 years of experience), 5.2 million yen (5 years of experience), and 6 million yen (10 years of experience) are shown.
- Even during the probation period, there is a guaranteed salary of 270,000 yen per month (including various allowances), with an hourly wage of 1,400 yen.
- As various allowances, there are overtime allowances, late-night allowances, working on holidays allowances, commuting allowances, and housing allowances (with internal regulations).
- Bonuses are paid twice a year (July and December).

【Shuttle Service】5 days work and 2 days off system, with Saturday and Sunday being holidays. There are about 8 days off during Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays.
【Route, Community, and Tourism】4 days work and 2 days off system.
The holiday system includes paid leave, bereavement leave, parental and caregiving leave, Golden Week holidays (3 to 5 days), summer holidays (3 to 5 days), and winter holidays (3 to 5 days).

The trial period is from the 6th to the 11th. During the trial period, an hourly wage of 1,400 yen + various allowances will be provided, and there is a salary guarantee of 270,000 yen per month (including various allowances). The training period is from the 2nd to the 3rd, and classroom lectures and practical training are conducted as part of the training upon joining the company.
