▼Job Responsibilities
【Machine Operator】
Work as a machine operator on a new production line. With training provided, even those with no prior experience can start with confidence. This is a night shift position, offering a great opportunity to earn a steady income.
- Supply materials to an automated production line.
- Perform packaging of finished products.
- Prepare products for shipment.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is ¥1,300. For overtime hours (over 8 hours of actual work), the rate increases to ¥1,625 per hour.
As an example, monthly earnings can be calculated as follows: (¥1,625 × 4.5 hours + ¥1,300 × 3.5 hours) × 21 days = ¥249,123.
A weekly payday option is available upon request (conditions apply), and commuting expenses are fully reimbursed.
▼Contract Period
This is a long-term position with updates every two months. Contract renewal is possible, subject to evaluation based on the worker's performance, attitude, work progress, and the business conditions of the workplace.
There are no uniform restrictions on the number of renewals or the total duration of the contract.
