▼Job Responsibilities
Poultry Processing Staff Wanted
Location: Katori City, Chiba Prefecture
Working Hours:
6:45 AM to around noon: Processing of same-day deliveries (①〜③)
Afternoon: Primarily performing task ④
Job Description:
① Carrying cages containing approximately 10kg of chickens.
② Hanging chickens upside down on a wire and setting them in a machine. Stunning them with an electric shock, followed by bleeding, scalding, and defeathering.
③ Adjusting water temperature and chlorine concentration for sterilization, washing, and cooling.
④ Performing tasks such as singeing, evisceration (removal of internal organs and kidneys), and cutting the neck skin.
Other:
Men preferred (as the job involves carrying heavy items weighing 10-20kg)
*Currently, about 8 male staff members are working.
Work is semi-outdoors: Hot in summer and cold in winter.
Indoor Temperature: Approximately 10°C in winter, up to about 18°C in summer.
Wearing boots is required due to the frequent use of water in the work.
Locker and break room available (microwave, refrigerator, and kettle can be used).
