The main job involves meat processing tasks, including:
- Using specialized machines to cut beef, pork, and chicken.
- Weighing the cut meat and further cutting it into simple stew-sized blocks.
- Packing the products, attaching labels to the packaged meat products.
- Storing and managing the products in the freezer.
- Cleaning and washing cooking tools and equipment.
