▼Job Responsibilities
【Restaurant Manager Candidate】
We are hiring candidates for the position of Restaurant Manager.
- Learn the overall operations of the restaurant while training and managing staff.
- Provide customers with delicious hamburg steaks and steaks while ensuring a comfortable dining experience.
- Handle daily sales management and collaborate with the team to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
▼Salary
The monthly salary ranges from ¥320,000 to ¥430,000, determined based on experience and previous annual income. This amount includes incentives. A fixed overtime allowance of ¥67,000 to ¥78,000 (for 45 hours) is included in the monthly salary, with additional compensation for any hours exceeding this limit. Salary increases occur 12 times a year, and bonuses are awarded based on performance. Transportation expenses are reimbursed up to ¥35,000 per month.
