▼Job Responsibilities
【Kitchen equipment specialty store, in-store proposal sales】
This job provides support from the opening of a restaurant to the creation of a thriving restaurant. Working with customers, we provide information and services to realize successful restaurants.
- We propose kitchen equipment, tableware, and cooking utensils necessary for opening and operating a restaurant.
- We support the selection of store interiors and equipment.
- Through communication with our customers, we realize optimal proposals.

▼Salary
The monthly salary is 280,000 yen, with a base salary of 228,010 yen. A fixed overtime allowance of 51,990 yen for 30 hours is included. Overtime allowance is paid for 20 hours of fixed overtime work, but any excess will be paid additionally as required by law. Salaries are paid at the end of each month and on the 15th of the following month by bank transfer or cash. Bonuses are paid twice a year (July and December) and raises are given once a year (June). A commuting allowance of up to 30,000 yen per month is provided. In addition, there is an incentive allowance, late-night work allowance, and holiday work allowance.

The probationary period is 2 months and is a fixed-term employment contract, after which the contract will be renewed without a fixed term as a permanent employee for those who reach the company's regulations based on performance.

▼Overtime Details
The average monthly overtime outside of regular working hours is 20 hours. A fixed 20 hours of overtime are included in the salary, but in the case of exceeding this, additional payment is made according to the law.

The trial period is 2 months, and it’s a fixed-term employment contract. After the trial period, based on performance, negotiations will be conducted, and those who meet the company's criteria will have their contracts renewed as regular employees without a fixed term of employment.
