▼Job Responsibilities
【Renovation | Sales Position for Properties】
At our company, you will be in charge of the job of purchasing used condominiums, renewing their interiors, and selling them. At first, you will start with sales tasks such as participating in open houses for the general customers. Later, you can be conducting various tasks, such as purchasing entire condominium buildings or large plots of land.
- Purchasing used condominiums
- Planning and proposing renovations
- Dealing with customers at open houses
- Selling properties after renovation
The renovated properties are equipped with furniture and lighting selected by interior coordinators, making it easy for customers to imagine their everyday life there. This allows them to obtain their ideal home without much effort. Offering a consistently detailed service that delivers special one-of-a-kind products to our customers is also an exceptionally attractive point.
▼Salary
- 270,000 yen/month
- Estimated annual income 3.84 million yen
- Monthly salary includes 30 hours of deemed overtime
- Bonus twice a year (possibly three times a year depending on performance)
- Qualification allowance (Real estate agent: 30,000 yen/month)
- Position allowance
- Housing allowance (for those moving from distant areas, within 1.5 hours from the company, 80% of the company-managed properties under normal contract)
