▼Job Responsibilities
【Inside Sales】
Propose services from job sites targeting foreign workers to Japanese companies struggling with labor shortages.
Your primary mission is to generate sales opportunities through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings at trade shows.
Specifically...
* Approach new customers via phone, email, and face-to-face sales at trade shows
* Listen to customer challenges and secure sales opportunities
* Collaborate with the marketing team and follow up to convert leads into deals
* Work with your manager to contribute to achieving your own KPIs and team goals
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥275,000~¥500,000
Base Salary: ¥203,327~¥369,688
Fixed Overtime Allowance (for 45 hours): ¥71,673~¥130,312
*Determined based on experience, skills, etc., according to company regulations.
*Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours exceeding the fixed allowance.
Commission-based pay is also possible upon request.
Employment Type: Contract
Work Pay Structure: ¥10,000 per appointment secured (negotiable)
