Propose services from job sites targeting foreign workers to Japanese companies struggling with labor shortages.
Your primary mission is to generate sales opportunities through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings at trade shows.

* Approach new customers via phone, email, and face-to-face sales at trade shows
* Listen to customer challenges and secure sales opportunities
* Collaborate with the marketing team and follow up to convert leads into deals
* Work with your manager to contribute to achieving your own KPIs and team goals

Hourly wage: ¥1,500 to ¥2,000
Further hourly wage increases possible based on the previous month's appointment count
【Salary Example】 Working 3 days/week (20 hours) and securing 14 appointments can yield a monthly salary of ¥180,000 or more.
