Base Salary: ¥203,327~¥369,688
Fixed Overtime Allowance (for 45 hours): ¥71,673~¥130,312
*Determined based on company regulations, considering experience and ability.
*Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours exceeding the fixed allowance.
Pay Raises: Twice a year (May/November* based on regulations)
