▼Job Responsibilities
Pick-up and drop-off driver
This job is to pick up and drop off day service users by car.
- Driving a mini car or a 10-passenger one-box car.
- Driving to and from day service and users' homes.
- Driving safely to and from users.
- Assisting the user in getting in and out of the car.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is 1,162 yen. The commuting allowance has a monthly cap of 25,000 yen, and there is a cap set for each prescribed number of workdays per week. The pay raise is 5 yen per hour (based on performance). The bonus is given once a year, ranging from 1,875 yen to 16,000 yen (based on performance). There is a job salary system. The probationary period is 3 months, under the same conditions.
