▼Job Responsibilities
Construction Management
You will be responsible for architectural construction management related to new construction, expansion, and renewal of factories, logistics facilities, IT facilities, and general facilities.
This job requires the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and related departments to ensure construction is carried out on schedule, and the management skills to ensure quality and safety standards are strictly adhered to.
▼Salary
Annual income: 3.1 million yen~4 million yen
Monthly income: 230,000 yen~.
Full overtime allowance
Salary will be determined upon consideration of responsibilities, experience, and skills.
Bonus: Twice a year
(*6 months of monthly salary will be paid in FY2024)

Assignments are negotiable.
Long-term business trips throughout Japan are possible depending on the project (minimum 1 week to maximum 1 year).
