▼Job Responsibilities
[Formulation Manufacturer Operator]
It is a job that makes formulations at a pharmaceutical factory.
- Mix materials to form granules, or make tablets.
- Coat tablets to refine their surfaces.
- Check if tablets are made correctly using video.
[Packaging Operator]
It is a job of neatly packaging medicines for shipment.
- Wrap medicines in various packaging methods, such as blister packaging and pillow packaging.
- Manually pack the packages into boxes.
[Common Tasks]
Tasks include inspecting manufacturing equipment, creating and revising work procedure documents.
It is a job where you can feel growth by advancing work accurately and without mistakes while protecting the quality of pharmaceuticals. - The expected annual salary ranges from 3.6 million yen to 6.1 million yen.
- The monthly base salary is from 220,000 yen to 380,000 yen (overtime pay is not included).
- Overtime pay will be provided separately according to the overtime hours (no provision for managerial positions).
- The bonus is paid twice a year, with the most recent performance at 4.45 months' salary.
- The pay raise occurs once a year, in July.
- The night shift rotation work allowance is 2,500 yen per day.
- There are also substantial welfare benefits such as family allowances, rent subsidies, and housing allowances.

The annual holidays total 126 days, implementing a complete weekly two-day off system, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off. There are also Golden Week, summer vacation, year-end and new year vacation, and the founding anniversary (June 16) among others. Additionally, 10 days of paid leave are granted in the first year, which can be taken in one-hour increments.
