【Employee Operations】
In employee operations, you manage the schedule and team necessary for the operation of the store. Support is also robust for those with no experience. The specific work content is as follows.
- Train and manage part-time staff.
- Handle shift creation and support smooth operation.
- Perform stock checks and order products, ensuring items are available when needed.
- Manage sales and check if the store is operating successfully.
