Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
【Restaurant Staff】

This job involves providing service that makes customers happy.

Main duties include:

* Guiding customers to their seats and taking orders.
* Cooking delicious food and serving it to customers.
* Handling payment after meals.
* Ordering and managing necessary ingredients.
* Checking sales and profits, and supporting restaurant operations.
* Hiring and training staff, and supporting the team.

▼Salary
* Base salary: ¥255,000 per month.
* Overtime allowance is paid separately.
* Bonuses are paid twice a year, in April and October. The bonus amount is decided based on individual evaluation, store performance, and company performance.
* Salary raises are available once a year, in April.
* Overtime allowance, holiday work allowance, late-night work allowance, and long-service allowance are available.
