【Manufacturing Staff】
The role of the manufacturing staff is to support the machine that makes wet towels. This job is a simple and easy task performed in a factory. It offers an environment where even those with no experience can start with peace of mind.
- You will set the roll fabric for the wet towels in the machine.
- Attach the film and adjust the liquid solution.
- Press the button on the machine to produce the wet towels.
- Check the finished products to ensure there are no issues.

▼Salary
Monthly salary of 250,000 yen to 280,000 yen, including a fixed overtime pay of 45,000 yen for 30 hours, with overage paid separately. There are twice-yearly bonuses. The first-year annual income is 3.25 million yen to 3.64 million yen. Salary considers age, experience, and skills favorably.

▼Overtime Details
The work is designed so that overtime does not exceed 30 hours.
▼Holiday
Complete weekly two-day system (Saturday & Sunday), summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave (company average acquisition 11.1 days), congratulatory or condolence leave, prenatal and postnatal & childcare leave (with proven track record), and caregiving leave.

Trial period of 3 months (treatment will not change). Training is planned within 3 months after joining the company.
