Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
【Caregiver work】
- You will be a companion through communication with our users.
- Accompany them on walks and assist them with eating, bathing, and using the bathroom.
- Plan seasonal recreational activities to make life enjoyable.

▼Salary
- The hourly wage for those with experience and qualifications in nursing care is ¥1450~1600.
- The hourly wage for care workers is 1600 yen per hour, and 1400 yen per hour for those with no qualifications or experience.
- For night shifts, daily wage for unqualified workers is ¥26,900

▼Contract Period
You can choose from short term (less than 3 months) to long term (more than 3 months).
Some jobs are available for as short as 2 months.

▼Working Days and Hours
【Working Hours】
Shifts are a minimum of 4 days per week, 6 hours per day.
- Early shift: 07:00 - 16:00 (1 hour break)
- Day shift: 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break)
- Late shift: 11:00 - 20:00 (1 hour break)
- Night shift: 16:00 - 09:00 (2 hours break)

【Rest time】
- Break time is 1〜2 hours depending on working hours.
