▼Job Responsibilities
【Care Staff】
You will provide caregiving services at facilities such as geriatric health services, special nursing homes, and paid senior residences.
* Learn residents’ names and faces, and engage in friendly conversation
* Support residents with essential daily activities such as meals, bathing, and toileting
* Assist with anything residents may be struggling with
A dedicated coordinator will support you throughout the process, so even those with little experience can start with confidence.
Senior staff will guide you as you gradually build your knowledge as a caregiver.

▼Salary
* Hourly wage from ¥1,400 for those with limited experience
* Hourly wage from ¥1,600 for experienced candidates
* Hourly wage from ¥1,700 for certified care workers
Wages may vary depending on the dispatch location. Overtime and late-night allowances are provided. Payment can be made weekly or monthly. For monthly payment, wages are calculated at the end of the month and paid on the 15th of the following month.

Long-term or about 3 months of short-term is also negotiable.
▼Working Days and Hours
【Working Hours】
8 actual working hours within a 24-hour period.
Typical shifts include:
Early Shift: 7:00–16:00
Day Shift: 8:30–17:30
Late Shift: 10:00–19:00
Night Shift: 16:00–10:00 (next day)
【Break Time】
Breaks are provided during each shift.
【Minimum Working Hours】
8 hours
【Minimum Working Days】
3 days per week
