【Caregiver】

We are seeking Caregiver to support elderly residents with their daily living activities at a care facility.

Job Duties include:

・Communicating with residents while providing daily support
・Assisting with meals, including serving food and eating support
・Providing toileting assistance and mobility support
・Assisting with bathing and changing clothes to ensure a comfortable environment

▼Salary
Hourly wage from ¥1,600 + full transportation allowance

・Higher pay for those with 3+ months of caregiving experience or certification
・25% overtime pay for shifts over 8 hours per day
・Qualification allowance: +¥50/hour or more
・Weekly payment available
(Payroll closes Friday / Paid the following Tuesday)

Short-term (up to 3 months) or long-term (3 months or more) available
For short-term positions, minimum 2 months of work required
Contract period is negotiable

▼Working Days and Hours
【Working Hours】
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 AM

【Break Time】
Day Shift: 30–60 minutes
Night Shift: 1–2 hours

【Minimum working hours】
6 hours per day

【Minimum working days】
2 days per week
