▼Job Responsibilities
【Caregiving Position】
In a paid nursing home with care services, you will take care of the residents. We perform heartfelt support so that the residents can feel at ease and live comfortably.
- We provide support for the daily life of the residents.
- We communicate carefully with the residents.
- Room cleaning and laundry are done by dedicated staff, allowing you to concentrate on caregiving.
- Through planning and implementing recreational activities, you contribute to creating a cheerful atmosphere.
You can gently assist so that the residents can spend every day with a smile. Additionally, the support system among employees is well-organized, allowing you to work with peace of mind.
▼Salary
¥200,000~ per month
Please inquire as it varies depending on working hours and location!
Bonus: Once a year
(Salary example)
Basic wage: 200,000 yen/month
Other allowances 4,000 yen/month
Night shift allowance 9,000 yen/times about 4 times a month
3,000 yen per shift during the apprenticeship period. 3,000 per shift during the apprenticeship period, and expected to become independent in an average of 2 to 3 months.

(1) 7:30 - 16:30 (8 hours per day)
