▼Job Responsibilities
[Visiting Support Staff]
This job involves visiting the homes of elderly and disabled people living in the area and providing support in their daily lives.

- Support for eating, bathing, and using the toilet
- Accompanying people on outings, shopping, and to the hospital
- Support with household chores such as laundry, cleaning, cooking, etc.

*One to two staff members will support each client.
*Staff typically handle 1–5 clients per day, with each session lasting about 20 minutes to 1 hour.

Even if you have no prior experience, you can start confidently with the support of experienced staff.
This role allows you to engage closely with each client, fostering meaningful communication and making it a highly rewarding workplace.

▼Salary
Monthly salary is 210,000~350,000 yen

Bonuses are paid twice a year (May and November)

Uniform treatment improvement allowance available
