▼Job Responsibilities
[Home Care Aides]
This job involves visiting the homes of people with disabilities and seniors in the community to provide support with their daily lives.
- Assistance with meals, bathing, and using the restroom
- Going out, shopping, or accompanying someone to the doctor
- Assistance with household chores such as laundry, cleaning, and cooking
*We provide support with one to two staff members per user.
*Staff typically handle about 1 to 5 cases per day, with each case taking about 20 minutes to 1 hour on average.
Even if you have no prior experience, you can start working with confidence, supported by our experienced staff. This is a rewarding workplace where you can truly connect with each client, fostering deep communication!

Monthly salary: 210,000 to 350,000 yen
Bonuses are paid twice a year (in May and November)
A uniform allowance for improved working conditions is provided.
Housing allowance, dependent allowance, overtime pay, late-night shift pay, and certification allowance are provided.
Transportation expenses are reimbursed within the established limits.

For new hires with no prior experience, the annual salary in the first year ranges from 3 million to 5 million yen.
In the second year, your annual income could reach 5.7 million yen
