[Care Staff]
This job involves supporting the daily lives of elderly residents at a nursing facility.

- Remember the residents' names and faces, and communicate with them.
- Assistance with carrying food and holding chopsticks.
- Assisting with trips to the restroom and helping with positioning.
- Assistance with bathing and getting dressed.
- We provide support to ensure residents can live comfortably.

〈Early Shift Schedule (Example)〉

7:00 a.m. Arrival at work, handover, and assistance with waking up
8:00 a.m. Serving breakfast and assisting with meals
9:00 AM Bathing assistance and health check
11:30 Break
12:30 Clean up after lunch
1:00 PM Socializing with residents / Sorting laundry
2:00 PM Recreation
3:00 PM Tea service
3:30 p.m. End of shift

〈Night Shift Schedule (Example)〉
4:30 PM: Arrive at work / Handover
5:00 p.m. Prepare dinner and check in with everyone
5:45 p.m. Assistance with meals and medication
6:30 PM Oral care and assistance with getting ready for bed
7:30 PM: Record-keeping and medication support
8:30 p.m. Lights out
9:00 PM Patrol and call handling
11:00 PM: Daily report completed
12:00 AM Assistance with toileting
(Taking turns to rest)
5:00 Assistance with toileting
6:00 a.m. Nighttime Log
7:00 AM: Assist with waking up / Handover
8:00 AM: Assistance with meals and medication
8:30 a.m. Handover to the day shift
9:00 AM End of shift

▼Salary
Hourly wage: ¥1,750 and up (for those with 3+ months of caregiving experience and qualifications)
※ Hourly wage for inexperienced workers: ¥1,550
・Full transportation expenses covered
・25% wage increase for shifts of 8+ hours per day
・Qualification allowance available (+¥50 or more)
・Weekly pay available (Payroll cut-off: Friday / Payment: Tuesday of the following week)

Short-term (up to 3 months) or long-term (3 months or more) available
For short-term positions, minimum 2 months of work required
Contract period is negotiable

▼Working Days and Hours

・Day shift: Between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
・Night shift: 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day

・Day shift: 30 minutes to 1 hour
・Night shift: 1–2 hours
