▼Job Responsibilities
【Care Staff】 This role involves supporting the daily lives of elderly residents at a care facility. - Memorize residents' names and faces, and engage in communication.
- Assist with carrying meals and holding chopsticks. - Guide residents to the restroom and provide positioning support. - Assist with bathing and changing clothes. - Support residents to ensure their comfort. ＼No in-person procedures required! Easily receive job referrals via web or phone! No qualifications needed.／
▼Salary
Hourly wage: ¥1,750 and up (for those with 3+ months of caregiving experience and qualifications)
※ Hourly wage for inexperienced workers: ¥1,550
・Full transportation expenses covered
・25% wage increase for shifts of 8+ hours per day
・Qualification allowance available (+¥50 or more)
・Weekly pay available (Payroll cut-off: Friday / Payment: Tuesday of the following week)

For short-term positions, minimum 2 months of work required
Contract period is negotiable
