▼Job Responsibilities
[Care Staff]
- Serve as a conversation partner for residents through communication with them
- Accompanying clients on walks and assisting with meals, bathing, and using the restroom
- Plan seasonal recreational activities to make daily life more enjoyable
▼Salary
- Hourly wage for those with experience and qualifications in caregiving: 1,450–1,600 yen
- Hourly wage for certified care workers: 1,600 yen
- Hourly wage for applicants without qualifications or experience: 1,350 yen
(This is the hourly wage for those working in Kashiwa City. Wages vary depending on the work location.)
- For night shifts, the daily wage for unlicensed workers is 25,900 yen.

Short-term jobs starting from 2 months are also available.
