- Providing personal care for patients

Monthly Salary: 203,800 yen – 255,800 yen
Perfect Attendance Bonus: (5,000 yen)
Base Rate Evaluation Fee: (15,000 yen)
Late-shift allowance: (12,000 yen *estimated 4 times*)
Night Shift Allowance: (40,000 yen *estimated 4 shifts*)
Overtime pay: (130%)
Family Allowance: (10,000 yen for a spouse; 5,000 yen per child or parent)
Commuting Expenses: Commuting expenses (up to 100,000 yen per month)
Year-End and New Year's Bonus: Yes
Holiday Allowance: (2,000 yen per occurrence)
