[Long-Term Care Medical Facilities / Hospital-Based Long-Term Care]
The job involves supporting our clients in their daily lives.
- We provide assistance with meals, bathing, and walking.
- We will check and report on your health status.
- We enjoy interacting with our clients.
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 240,000–292,000 yen
*May vary depending on the assigned facility.
[Allowance]
Housing: 30,000 yen/month (provided if living alone within a 2-kilometer radius of the workplace)
Night shifts: 10,000 yen per day (average of 4 shifts per month)
Weekdays and holidays: 800 yen per day (34 times per month)
Year-End and New Year’s Holidays: 4,000 yen per day (paid if you work at least 7 hours between December 31 and January 3)
Pay Raises: Available
Bonus: Yes (The bonus is paid by adding the amount equal to one-twelfth of the bonus to the salary for the month following the start date.)
