Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Job Description: You will be responsible for product process management and product/part ordering tasks at a major telecommunications equipment manufacturer.

Main duties include:

Operating internal systems, working with Excel, and handling tasks through email.
Issuing production instructions and adjusting delivery dates with overseas factories (in China and the Philippines), and giving shipping instructions to logistics companies (creating instructions in Excel and communicating via email).
Confirming vessel space and making reservation requests with logistics companies.
Sending emails to the two overseas factories, placing orders via the system, and providing receiving and export instructions.
Handling purchase requests, orders, receipts, inspections, and delivery tasks in the internal system.
Recommended for:

Candidates with experience in purchasing operations (ordering, negotiating delivery dates and prices with suppliers, and following up on process progress).
Candidates with logistics experience.
Those with trade practice experience are also welcome!
Those who have no issues with communication (you will interact with external parties and factories).
Those who can read business English documents (around TOEIC score 500+).
Note: The position is primarily office-based, but there is a possibility of working from home twice a week.
