- Use semi-automatic welding machines to weld metal parts.
- Use crane and rigging to lift heavy products safely and transport them.
- Under the guidance of experienced staff, you learn welding techniques and work accurately.

▼Salary
The hourly wage is 1,450 yen, determined by welding experience and skills. A monthly income example of over 250,000 yen is possible, with a breakdown of 20 working days (60 hours at night) plus 10 hours of overtime: 1,450 yen × 160 hours = 232,000 yen, night allowance for 60 hours = 21,750 yen, overtime allowance of 1,813 yen × 10 hours = 18,125 yen. The salary will be paid on the 15th of the month following the end of the month. Transportation costs are provided within regulations, with a maximum of 12,827 yen.

Overtime may occur in which case overtime allowance of 1,813 yen will be paid per hour.
▼Holiday
No work on weekends and there are holidays depending on the company calendar. There are long holidays at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, Golden Week, and Obon.
▼Training
The training period ranges from 1 week to 2 weeks, and in some cases, it can be up to 2 months. Wages are paid during the training period and a dorm is available.
▼Work Location
The work location is in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture. It is located about a 20-minute walk from the nearest station, Izumi-Omiya Station on the Nankai Electric Railway.
