▼Job Responsibilities
【Assembly】
* Set palm-sized parts into the machine. This is a simple task that anyone can do.
【Inspection】
* Check the parts for scratches while seated. This job makes good use of your concentration skills.
【Packaging】
* Pack the parts into small boxes. Since the work is done while seated, it places less strain on the body.
【Shipping】
* Close the boxes and place them on pallets. The tasks are simple and easy to learn.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is ¥1,300, and monthly earnings of over ¥250,000 are possible (hourly wage × 7.5 hours × 21 days + late-night and overtime allowances). There is a yearly pay raise, and after 3 years the hourly wage will increase to ¥1,440. Transportation expenses are fully covered, subject to company regulations.

The period is set (the renewal of the contract is determined by the volume of work after the expiration of the contract period, the progress of the work being engaged in, the ability of the fixed-term contract employees, their work performance, and their attitude towards work).
