- Body welding: Attaching car parts together.
- Pressing and painting: Color the car parts.
- Assembly of the finished car: The final step is to put all the parts together to complete the car.

Other allowances:
- Bonus for long term employees: Amount based on the number of days worked (e.g., 207,400 yen at the end of 6 months of service)
- Expiration incentive: A fixed amount per day is paid to employees with no absences, tardiness, or early departures (e.g., 183,000 yen at the end of 6 months).
(*Both of these payments are paid in a lump sum per day at the expiration of the contract period.)
