▼Job Responsibilities
【Cafe Stand Staff】
You will work happily in a new cafe that is opening. No experience is needed.
- We will manufacture and sell cube-shaped cream puffs imagined like treasure boxes.
- You will provide customers with drinks and light meals such as hot dogs.
- You will handle customer service duties and welcome customers with a smile.
You can start a new service with everyone and work while feeling excited. People with no experience are welcome, and our senior staff will provide full support. For those with experience, this is a chance to utilize your skills.
▼Salary
The hourly wage ranges from 1,250 yen to 1,330 yen, with an increase of 100 yen on weekends and holidays. For full-time employees, the hourly wage increases by 80 yen. There are year-end and New Year's bonuses, as well as opportunities for salary increases. The training period lasts for one month, with the starting hourly wage being 1,250 yen. Upon enrollment in social insurance as a full-time employee, which is the basis, you will be eligible for the hourly wage increase. As an example of monthly income, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days a week at an hourly wage of 1,250 yen results in a monthly income of 187,500 yen.
