▼Salary
The hourly wage ranges from ¥1,250 to ¥1,330, with a ¥100 increase on weekends and holidays. Full-time employees enrolled in social insurance receive an ¥80 increase in their hourly wage. There is also a year-end and New Year’s allowance. During the 1-month training period, the hourly wage starts at ¥1,250. As an example of monthly income, a person in their 20s working as a freelancer at an hourly rate of ¥1,250 for 7.5 hours a day, 5 days a week, would earn ¥187,500 per month (this calculation is based on a 4-week month as an estimate).
